To achieve the longest lasting finish after your Grout Masters cleaning, complete restoration of the tile
flooring is the way to go. Our stain sealing process prevents against grout discoloration for years when properly maintained.
To begin the restoration process, a commercial tile and grout cleaner is first applied to the entire tile floor, after which,
all grout lines are agitated and all tile is brushed down. The cleaning agent is then removed with a combination of high pressure
steam which breaks up the soiling, allowing it to be extracted using a truck-mounted vacuum system. The stain sealer is then
thoroughly brushed into each newly cleaned grout line by hand. After the stain sealer is applied, the excess is then removed
and the floor is buffed back to "like-new" condition. If you would like to view a restoration cleaning step by step, simply

SLIP TECH Anti-Slip Floor Treatment
Slip Tech Floor and Safety treatment uses technology from the computer chip industry to make tiled surfaces
extremely slip resistant through micro-etching. The surface does not look rough to the human eye, but with a high-powered
microscope it looks like the Himalayan Mountains with millions of peaks and valleys. When a shoe makes contact with the wet
tile, water is evacuated, forming a suction that greatly decreases slipping.

Cleaning Only
Cleaning is the first and most basic step in tile and grout restoration. First, a commercial tile and grout
cleaner is applied to the entire tile floor, after which, all grout lines are agitated and all tile is brushed down. After
the cleaning agent has been allowed time to emulsify the dirt and grime, it is removed using high pressure steam which breaks
up the soiling, which is then extracted using a truck-mounted vacuum system. This will effectively remove dirt and grime from
your grout, leaving your floor looking brand new.
Maintenance Cleaning
For those customers who have already taken advantage of our Stain Sealing process, we offer maintenance cleanings
to prolong the life of the finish on stain sealed tile and grout surfaces. This service involves an application of our specially
formulated, neutral pH maintenance cleaning product, which is agitated into the tile and grout manually and then removed,
along with dirt and grime, using a low pressure steam treatment and extraction. If you would like to schedule an appointment
